Anthony is a Physiotherapist and Senior (Level 3) Yoga Instructor with Yoga Australia. Anthony's yoga journey commenced in 1994 with Iyengar and Hatha training. In 1996, Anthony left for India in search of an authentic teacher. He travelled from Kashmir to Kerala, finally meeting his teacher in Bangalore, a Yogini who had recently emerged from a 12 year silent retreat in Andhra. Anthony was accepted as a student and settled in to a nearby cottage to commence study in asana, pranayama, mudra, meditation and other ritual practices.
Upon completion of the first 2 years of training, Anthony taught for 6 years in Asia, after which he returned to Australia to complete a Physiotherapy degree. Anthony has also completed Teacher Training at the Perth Meditation Centre as well as Megan Cowan’s Mindful Schools Program (USA). Anthony continues to visit local and international Retreat centres and studios as a guest presenter, as well as delivering professional development training for the WA Yoga Teachers through Yoga Australia. Bec took her first yoga class back in 1996 and was instantly drawn to it. At first the practice was enjoyed purely for the physical discipline and for alleviating hip and back issues gained from a background in international competitive rhythmic gymnastics. Soon though, the more subtle mental and emotional benefits took hold and yoga became a lifestyle.
Her personal practice led to completing yoga teacher training in Perth in 2005. Bec has been consistently teaching since 2005 in both general public settings, the corporate environment and private classes. She began teaching fulltime in 2007. Forever a student of yoga, Bec thoroughly enjoys completing workshops with local and international teachers on a regular basis. Bec completed Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Victor Chng in 2010 and loves how Yin complements the dynamic practices.

Jane holds a deeply rooted passion for yoga, one born from an intense personal transformation. In 1995 she was physically debilitated by severe back pain and could only function with strong medication. At this time she was advised by Western medical practitioners, that she would be dependent upon medication forever. However, Yoga changed her life. A regular yoga practice not only healed her body, but also eliminated the need for medication.
Her appreciation of yoga’s healing potential grew in 2007 when she started to teach yoga to secondary school students. Although qualified with a Bachelor of Social Work, Jane discovered that teaching and sharing the joys and benefits of yoga fills her with unlimited joy. Today she devotes herself to sharing this practice with others.
Upon completing her yoga teacher training in 2010, she began teaching full time and facilitating yoga retreats in 2012. In 2015, she expanded her qualifications to include Yin Yoga training and Fly Gym (Aerial) Yoga Training.
Jane is a diverse practitioner and offers instruction in Vinyasa, Hatha, Roll and Release, Restorative, Yin and Fly Gym yoga. As an accredited Stand Up Paddle board Yoga Instructor Jane has been blessed to share her love of nature, outdoors and yoga.
Jane is committed to being a life long student of yoga. She attends regular training programs to ensure that her knowledge, learning, and teaching abilities are continually refreshed and deepened. Her upbeat, kind nature, combined with extensive training, allows Jane to guide her students to connect with their true nature and develop a yoga practice that supports their personal growth and lifestyle.
Jane is eternally grateful to all of her teachers and her teachers teachers who have selflessly passed on this practice. She feels extremely blessed to be able to share the beautiful practice of yoga with others.
